The academy was created to equip leaders and teams with the skills needed to navigate the energy transition and drive innovation, operational excellence, and customer-centricity. Delivered in partnership with IESE Business School in Barcelona, the in-person module features immersive workshops and simulations focused on digital leadership, business model innovation, and data-driven transformation.
An eight-week online programme complements this learning for middle managers, covering themes such as innovation, continuous improvement, digital and analytics, customer experience, and change management. Participants apply their learning through executive challenges and real-world projects, creating measurable business impact across SHV Energy’s companies.
