The programm includes health risk analysis, medical examinations, regular health monitoring, and preventive actions. These measures reduce absenteeism, enhance productivity, and reinforce our culture of care.
To prevent work-related illnesses, we have implemented a structured exposure assessment programme covering chemical, physical, and biological hazards. In 2025, Supergasbras collaborated across SHV Energy to identify workers with similar risk profiles and strengthen our medical protocols.
