At SHV Energy, our 26 million customers come first. And while their needs and expectations may vary, we always strive to provide the best service we can offer. 

A seamless customer experience is a strategic advantage for SHV Energy, especially in the highly competitive Indian market.

In 2025, we launched ‘Caring Beyond Flame,' a new initiative to help us better understand what our customers want, need and expect from us.

As part of the initiative, back-office colleagues travel to customer locations to meet face-to-face twice a year. It’s a valuable learning experience as we discover how customers use our products; and we receive direct feedback and inspiration to improve.
