Empowering women to re-enter the workforce in Turkey
At Ipragaz Turkey, our ‘Back to Work, Back to Power’ pilot scheme highlights the value of supporting women in returning to work. The pilot follows a structured reintegration programme helps women rebuild their confidence, update their digital skills, and reconnect with the corporate environment.
Thirteen women participated in the pilot. Several received job offers, which increased our pool of qualified employees. The scheme also supports the ambition of making ‘SHV Energy a great place to work’ by embracing diversity and encouraging development.
