It is a journey that can lead to loss and frustration, or, when up to us, opening businesses to a whole lot of new potential. And like no mountain is the same, every business segment and market will have its own challenges. Search Engine Advertising

We are looking for a Global Online SEA Specialist. 

We are looking for a Global Online Search Specialist to join Sherpa, our in-house digital growth agency. The ideal candidate will support the business units worldwide in developing and executing SEA/PPC strategies to achieve growth in Google/Bing search, Google Shopping and other channels like remarketing and discovery/display ads. He/she will need to combine hands-on work with planning and liaising with the Sherpa team and business units. The ideal candidate will have experience in an online marketing role coupled with a growth mindset; they will be customer-centric, data-driven, and creative, have a strong ability to work autonomously and be highly determined to deliver continuous results in close collaboration with our business units worldwide.

  • 2-5 years’ experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEA, PPC) on platforms like Google, and Bing. Preferably within an agency.
  • Extensive knowledge of digital tools like Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Google analytics, Hotjar. Email marketing is a plus 
  • Experience in running multiple international campaigns 
  • Performance-driven and have strong analytical skills 
  • Identifying, developing & optimising growth channels to drive revenues growth 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills – ensuring effective collaboration with both local business unit marketeers as well as 3rd parties. 
  • Profound knowledge of search marketing tactics, bid management and digital advertising. Strong online customer behaviour research skills
  • Occasional International travel
