Calor GB Public on air quality LPG seen as part of the solution

3/9/2016

As part of Calor’s lobbying activities the team has been campaigning on air quality and this has been picked up by the Labour MP for Swansea Geraint Davies. This week in the Houses of Parliament he tabled a 10 Minute Bill which basically means a 10 minute debate on the subject and he read out a statement which mentioned Calor and LPG as a solution to improve air quality.
Following this debate Calor has now received a letter from the Mayor of London (Boris Johnson) in which he states that London Taxis can now add 5 years to the maximum life span of 15 years if they convert their taxi to LPG. In addition they are now looking to support the conversion of Diesel vans to LPG.
