    SHV Energy expands US business

    SHV Energy, via its subsidiary Pinnacle Propane, has acquired 100% of the assets and customers of Southern LP Inc. in the United States.

    Southern LP is an 74 year old family business that operates 27 locations in Arkansas and Louisiana serving 15,000 direct LPG customers, predominantly in the residential sector. With this acquisition Pinnacle will substantially strengthen its current position in the two states, building a platform for further growth. The acquisition is the third one by SHV Energy in the United States during 2020, with the previous two being based in Texas.
